Experience
RE/MAX Relocation has nearly two
decades of experience providing a full range of relocation services
to clients worldwide. Our largest client moves thousands of
employees a year, while for our smallest we manage the needs of a
handful of employees.
We work with over 300 clients, and assisted over 8,000 employees
annually. Showing our success at maintaining long term
relationships, some of our clients have been with us for 16 years
and we are proud of maintaining our client retention rate for the
past three years at 96.5%.

We have more than 100 employees, with
approximately 70 based in North America and the remainder in Europe,
the Middle East and Africa.

The two core components that guide
customer service at RE/MAX Relocation are immediate availability and
clear communication. Our staff works in teams, using flextime hours
to ensure highly responsive service to clients across the globe. We
provide toll-free numbers, automated access to voice mail and e-mail
– as well as a Web-based relocation tracking system that provides
immediate real-time access to all critical information relating to
any transfer.

Response Time
We are available to you and your
employees 24 hours a day, seven days a week, via toll-free and
direct-dial numbers during business hours, home phone and cell
numbers after hours, and e-mail around the clock. We hold ourselves
to precise response-time requirements for returning phone calls,
answering e-mail and responding to accounting inquiries.
Response-time commitments are clearly communicated to you upfront –
with accountability procedures in place.
Account Executive
Serving as your single point of
coordination, our Account Executives average 18 years of experience
in the industry and nine years with RE/MAX Relocation. All must hold
the Certified Relocation Professional designation, conferred by the
Employee Relocation Council. The Account Executive is supported by a
team of relocation professionals that varies in size depending on
your program's needs.
Team Members
Our Assistant Account Executives
average six years in the industry and three years with RE/MAX
Relocation. They, too, are required to hold the CRP designation.
Rounding out the team is a Relocation Assistant and a Closing
Manager.
Vice President of Operations and
Client Relations
Monitoring your overall program to
ensure all objectives are met and any concerns are immediately
addressed is our Vice President of Operations and Client Relations.
